On the day of your event, you are welcome to pick up from 4pm onwards (or earlier if the gear is ready in which we will let you know right away). Drop off is before 11am the following day. After everything is back in our possession, we will check through everything and make sure it is all there and also clean and sanitize everything thoroughly. Our inflatable screens self-inflate and deflate within 1-2 minutes to make creating your party even easier.

All you need to provide is the space, laptop and the movies! Our projector supports HDMI and our speakers are Bluetooth so they will need to connect via Bluetooth to your laptop. Our projectors do have their own speaker however, the Hyperboom provided is the way to go! If your laptop does not support HDMI, please ensure you have the correct adaptors to be HDMI compatible.

Our inflatable projector screens measure at a little over 3 meters in height and length. You will need a space of 4.5m x 4.5m to ensure there is plenty of space to create your magical night!

We like to accommodate everyone and understand things can happen, but cancellations affect our business too. Therefore cancellation of your package or add-ons will be charged at 10% of the value of the order if cancelled less than 5 days before your event. Our outdoor screens can not be used in wet weather so we suggest you have a back up plan in a covered area incase the rain changes its mind at the last minute. Consider swapping your outdoor screen for our 2.2m screen which will fit under gazebos, marquees, garages etc!
